I did an amanjiwo amanusa amanwana trip this chinese new year.( 4 , 1, 5 nights respectively) The flight itinerary is a real pain. Just like you Yilan, I called for the aman help,and got the ticket from jakarta to Solo and yogykarta to bali. What I discover is that Amanwana will charter a private flight for the guest's convenience at the regular price if the guest is staying 5 nights there. It was a great service because the flight to Amanwana didn't fit my schedule at all.
To me, Amanwana will always hold a special place because the service there is exceptional and truely the staff feel like friends. Maybe it is due to the fact that only us and the other swiss couple were there. But I can never forget how the staff mingle with us every night after dinner to play card games, chess, and singing songs with their guitar. How the chef caters to all my special request for things not on the menu. (one day they took me out on a boat , we drank beers and fish the whole basket of red snappers. Upon our return, the chef grilled the fish for us and he had the staff set up a bon fire so we dined by the beach under the starry sky! )
The whole time we stay in amanwana, despite all the activity we did, we were only charged by the spa and the wine & cigar. Everything esle is included.
Yes there is only one bath tub in Amanwana. But again let's not forget the aman luxury, it is a huge (2 person ) bath tub carved from one stone. One night I told them i would like to use it before bedtime. So they set up the bath with all kinds of dried herbs inside and got the music going as well. Only from Amanresort can you experience such ubiquitous and generous service.
It was so great and heart warming that , for the first time, I remember all of the staff's name and faces even until now. And for this reason, I would go back to amanwana in a heat beat ! :-)

2005年三月，我參加東森購物台的巴里島之旅， 行程中當然包括當地最有名的LuLu Spa 體驗， LuLu Spa 是一種以去身體角質為主的SPA方式， 當我進入獨立的房間時，服務人員遞給我一件黑色的免洗褲， 老實說，我並不知道要怎麼用， 所以當沐浴過後，我就裸身，下半身圍著大浴巾，裡面什麼也沒有， 躺在作SPA用的台子上， 之後服務人員近來準備開始進行SPA時， 一掀開我的浴巾，花容失色的她立刻請我把那條免洗的黑色內褲穿好， 要不然，面對著一絲不掛的男人，她還真的不知道怎麼下手。 在做完LuLu Spa後，我很喜歡那種皮膚光華的感覺， 身上累積許多年的角質都被清除一空， 難怪巴里島的新嫁娘特喜歡呢！

To: Hockeygal 如果是你自己訂的 那台灣的旅行社可能不會幫你代訂機場接送喔 飯店報價46美金 還要++ 20%的稅 所以就是55.2美金 這樣是還可以接受的範圍啦 如果你擔心搭計程車不安全 那還是請飯店來接你吧 可以先問一下飯店 來接的車子是什麼車 因為BMW 跟 BENZ的價錢是不同的
to Nil大大: 對呀同一趟去的. 小弟是事先請Aman幫我買bali 和Yogyakarta(離amanjiwo最近的機場)的來回機票. 先在峇里島Amanusa住一個晚上, 然後坐一個小時的飛機到Yogyakarta就有車子接送到Amanjiwo.
謝謝flyapda唷 我是自己訂的啦 所以不知道台灣旅行社願不願意幫忙代訂 可能要問一下 旅館跟我們報的價真的是46美金加一堆税 不過直接找當地計程車會不會不安全啊?
可以請飯店安排 但是價錢會很高 至少2000台幣 如果你是透過台灣旅行社訂房的 可以請台灣這邊代為安排 會比較便宜 你可以在機場叫計程車 這樣會比較省 大約500台幣就打死了 而且可以先跟計程車司機議價
請問大家從機場到旅館都是找旅館幫忙安排交通車嗎? 因為我剛剛才發現我要住的Four Seasons Sayan沒有像Aman一樣有接送耶 通常找旅館安排會比較好嗎?還是你們覺得機場找計程車會比較便宜? 謝謝囉!

小弟剛從峇里島回來. 這次也住了Bvlgari旅館. 那邊的床很舒服, 服務也很好. 可是我們本來準備住三天, 只住了一天就提前離開改住Amankila. 因為我們對Bvlgari的整體設計實在不是很喜歡. 感覺比較像是精品旅館, 讓我們沒辦法很放鬆. 相較之下Amankila設備雖然比較沒那麼新, 但是住起來感覺就很放鬆, 能悠閒的渡假. 這是第二次去Amankila, 東西比以前好吃. 交通也比以前方便, 新的快速道路不塞車的話一個小時出頭就到了. 個人的感想是Aman跟Bvlgari是設計給不同族群的人. Bvlgari屬於現代派, 而Aman屬於自然休閒派. to Yilan: 這次在Amanjiwo看到你以前在那邊的留言, 真有親切感. 他們推薦的Pak Parno炒飯(Nasi Goreng)真好吃. p.s. Amanjiwo的房間是我住過Aman系列裡面最舒服, 最有設計感的. 今年Zagat Survey把Amanjiwo排全球最佳渡假旅館排第二, Amankila排第七.
